Welcome to my first blog of February, 2010. On the 1st of each month I will try my hardest to post a blog regarding the average sold prices in Caledon, Orangeville, Shelburne and Dufferin County.
It’s been a relatively good January for both buyers and sellers. Caledon saw 20 property sales with an average sale price of $535,915.00. Average days on the market in Caledon was 20 and list to sold price averaged 97%.
Orangeville saw slightly more homes sold. 30 in all with an average sale price of $288,437.00. Average days on the market for Orangeville was 20 and list to sold price averaged at 97.33%.
Shelburne saw 9 property sales with an average sale price of $225,111.00. Average days on the market in Shelburne was 43 and list to sold price averaged 95.44%.
Dufferin County which includes Mono, Mulmur, Amaranth, Grand Valley, Waldemar, Melancthon and East Garafraxa saw 14 property sales with an average sale price of $384,234.00. The average days on the market for these country properties was 71 and list to sold price averaged 94.36%.
