I just read in the Toronto Star that a house in Mimico had 31 offers on it and the property sold for almost $200,000 over the asking price. I mentioned in my last news letter that Spring isn't always the best time to sell a house. Because of the lack of inventory in this Toronto area, home sellers are managing to reap the rewards. It's a hot real estate market in areas of Toronto.
