Township of Mono
Considered to be the heart of Headwaters, its hard to believe such a place exists just 45 minutes north of the GTA. Hills, trees, streams and meadows… these are the words that one uses to describe the Town of Mono. Hikers come from all over Ontario to explore Mono Cliffs Provincial Parks 1300 acres. The Bruce Trail runs right through the park. Mono Community Centre and Monora Park are two of several locations where you can host any of your special occasions.

Explore one of our many trails on foot, or strap skis and snowshoes on and navigate about in the winter months. Downhill ski or play a round of golf at world renowned Hockley Valley Resort. A meandering drive through the hills shopping, dining and visiting local artists is a perfect day in Mono. There is something for everyone.
